“I feel that I have gained from the IBEW Local 103/NECA apprenticeship program, both in the field and in school. Men and women in the Local are always willing to help out and lend a hand. Everyone is always willing to teach you something new or suggest a better technique to accomplish whatever task may be at hand. I appreciate being in a union where we all work together towards achieving the same goals.”

““I think the apprenticeship has prepared me greatly for the future, personally and professionally. The responsibility that the program requires has a definite effect.”
